Default Speed Racer bombs at box-office
Barely makes 19M.

Speed Racer is doing even worse than expected, heading for a very disappointing $18.72M opening weekend. Surprisingly, this should be just enough to Fox’s What Happens in Vegas, which is expected to end short with $17.6M.

I passed on Speed and instead went for Iron Man over the weekend. Iron Man rocked. It was a seriously great movie and Robert Downey Jr. did a fantastic job. I'm sorry to see how Speed turned out. Looks like an LSD trip, and that's not a compliment.

I saw it and it sucked. I want my money back. The producers must have been trippin on 'L' when they dreamed this one up.
