Default Judgement (Judgment) Assignment

I won a civil law suit in the supreme court. The judgment was for $91,000. I hired a judgment collection agency, assigned judgement (judgment?) to them. They did not collect any money and also went out of business (tel. disconnected etc.). I asked the owner to submit paperwork to the court to have judgment reassigned to me. He said he would, I thought he did. This was about a year ago.

Now, i found a new collection agency that wants to work on the collection of this judgment. They find that the judgment is still with the original agency that does not exist anymore.

My question is, what can I do to get the judgment reassigned so I can assign it to the new agency? I do have the owner's tel # and his new place of work but he will not return calls. how/what can I do to prove to the court that the assigned party does not exist anymore and the judgement to be returned to me? Thanks.

"A Judgment Assignment is used when one party wishes to assign his/her rights to a Judgment over to another individual. We recommend you copy the party whom the judgment is held against to help promote collection. This is a strictly tactical decision based on the strategy worked out between the Judgment holder and the new Assignees."

Here's a Judgment Assignment for future use.
