Whether its two people or twenty people pooling their money together to purchase a group of lottery tickets, you want to make sure you have this lottery pool agreement in place first to protect you from any possible contingency.

Did you know Wisconsin Lottery winners have failed to claim $38.3 million in prizes in the past 11 years and another $3 million will likely go unclaimed this year? Crazy.
