Holiday Pay Entitlement Regulations
I need some help clarifying the new holiday pay entitlement regulations.
Our full-time staff receives twenty paid holidays a year plus eight paid bank holidays off, for a total of 28 days paid for holidays, which I believe is the governments target requirement, although every business owner I talk to seems to have a different interpretation.
I am trying to find this online in simple terms but am struggling a bit, so if anyone can help I would be really grateful!
