A few months ago my employer stopped using paper and has gone to an electronic payroll system. The only way I can access anything regarding my paycheck is to log onto a computer at my workplace.
Unfortunately for me this can only be done on my time. I work 12-hour nights from 6 PM - 6 AM. I need all the lunch and break time I have for traveling to and from this shithole. Is there a way to insist that my paycheck be more easily accessible? I don't want to be a pain in the ass, but being kept in the dark regarding my financial information is starting to become a problem. |

Nope. The system you describe is legal. If it's inconvenient for you that's a shame, but your employer is only required to make the information available, not to do it in the way that you find most convenient. No one is keeping you in the dark; the information is readily available to you.
